Digital Goods Refund Policy

Because every EditApes purchase is a downloadable digital file, we are unable to accept "returns" in the traditional sense once a file has been downloaded. Instead, we offer refunds and replacements when something has genuinely gone wrong with your order.

Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open in standard design software
  • You received the wrong design or a file that does not match the listing description
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
  • Your download link failed and our support team could not resolve the delivery issue

Report any of the above within 14 days of purchase to [email protected] with your order code and a description of the issue. We will typically fix the file, resend a working link, or issue a refund — whichever gets you back to work fastest.

Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Change of mind after downloading a file that works as described
  • Choosing the wrong license tier for your intended use (Personal vs. Commercial vs. POD) — please review the license before purchase, or email us first if you are unsure
  • Compatibility issues caused by outdated or unsupported design software on your end
  • Files that have already been used in a finished product or listing

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with your order code and the issue you ran into
  2. Our team responds within 1–2 business days and will troubleshoot the file with you first
  3. If the issue can't be resolved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
