It depends on the license included with your purchase. Personal-use licenses are for your own non-commercial projects only. Commercial licenses let you sell finished products made with the design. Print-on-Demand licenses cover higher-volume POD storefronts. The license tier is clearly labeled on every listing — see our Terms of Service for full details.

Personal is for your own crafts and gifts only. Commercial covers small-batch items you make and sell yourself. POD (Print-on-Demand) extends that to unlimited-volume storefronts like Etsy, Shopify, or Amazon Merch. You may never resell or redistribute the raw design file itself under any tier.

Yes, for genuine issues — a corrupted file, wrong design delivered, duplicate charge, or a delivery problem we can't resolve. Report it within 14 days of purchase and refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Since files are delivered instantly, we can't refund simple changes of mind after a working file has been downloaded. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

For heat-transfer and sublimation prints, wash finished garments inside-out in cold water and avoid direct ironing over the design. For vinyl cut projects, apply firm, even pressure when transferring and avoid folding the finished piece along the design lines.
