This page explains how shipping works at Editapes Store by Islero Investments LLC. We aim to keep shipping timelines, fees, and expectations clear and predictable for customers purchasing our handmade real estate desk decor products.

1) Where We Ship

  • We ship within the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • Orders are delivered to valid U.S. residential or commercial addresses.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Order Cut-Off & Processing

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (PT)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing the next business day.

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Sunday) to prepare and pack your order.

  • You will receive:

    • An order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and

    • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3) Transit Time

  • Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Typical total delivery timeframe: 4–10 business days from order placement to delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary based on order cut-off timing, handling duration, carrier performance, weather conditions, and federal holidays.

4) Shipping Fee

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order for standard U.S. shipping.

  • No minimum purchase required.

  • No hidden fees or surcharges.

  • Any applicable taxes are clearly displayed at checkout.

5) Carriers & Tracking

  • We ship using reliable national carriers such as USPS or UPS.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.

6) Exceptions & Special Cases

Address Issues

  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we can reship the order after the address is corrected.

  • A $5.00 reshipping fee may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged).

  • We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Service Delays

  • Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or federal holidays may cause shipping delays beyond our control.
