2) Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Editapes Store by Islero Investments LLC will promptly review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

When feasible, we will notify the content owner or seller responsible for the material and provide instructions regarding the counter-notice process.

We aim to respond to properly submitted notices within 2–3 business days, during normal operating hours.

3) Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your full contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the State of California and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

  • A physical or electronic signature.

Unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing material, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.

4) Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Editapes Store may suspend or terminate accounts or access for users determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

5) Misrepresentations (17 U.S.C. §512(f))

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing—or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification—may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

6) Handling of Notices

We may forward a copy of any DMCA notice (including contact information) to the party who posted the content for transparency and response purposes.

We may retain records of DMCA notices, counter-notices, and related actions for legal compliance and auditing purposes.
