Refund and Returns Policy

At Editapes Store by Islero Investments LLC, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. This policy clearly explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for our handmade real estate desk decor products.


1) Where This Policy Applies

This policy applies to orders purchased and delivered within the United States only.


2) Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of:

  • the delivery date (for shipped orders), or

  • the purchase date shown on your receipt (for in-person transactions, if applicable).

Requests made after 20 days are not eligible.


3) What We Accept

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions below.

Non-Defective Items

  • Must be new, unused, and unassembled

  • Must be returned in the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and inserts

  • Must be in resellable condition

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Eligible for return even if opened

  • Please retain all packaging and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can verify the defect or damage

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Not Returnable (Unless Defective)

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order real estate decor items

  • Gift cards


4) How to Start a Return (Mail-In Only)

To initiate a return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation

    • Include photos if the item is damaged or defective

  2. We will reply with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier listed

✔️ No restocking fees


5) Exchanges (Mail-In Only)

Yes, exchanges are accepted.

  • Follow the same steps as a return

  • Non-defective exchange items must be unused and in original packaging

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference

  • If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method


6) Refunds

  • Once your return is received, we inspect it within 2–3 business days

  • After approval, refunds are processed within 5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds


7) Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or declined

  • Carrier delays due to weather or holidays are not grounds for a refund, unless the item arrives damaged

  • If original packaging is missing for a non-defective item, we may decline the return if the product cannot be resold as new
